Ducks and Tractor VIEW
In the hills of New Hampshire and Vermont the tractors get older as the elevation gets higher.
I love vintage stuff and I admire the farmers who can keep this equipment running.
Back at the Porch, my chair was taken and there were 2 pullets waiting in line for their turn.
Mavis guards the hens that guard my chair.
A new hatch of Silver Appleyard Ducklings for the NH/VT Preservation Project.
I learned how to sex these. Only one female and the rest males.
I will be getting a few of these Silver Appleyard ducklings next spring.
They are the BEST pest control for the garden!!!
Got Snails? Got Slugs?
GET DUCKS!
This breed are just like Golden Retrievers. Friendly, goofy, smart, people oriented.
Nearing the last of the tomatoes.
Digging up potaoes. Almost done.
I love tall grasses as they sway in the fall breeze.
