Mother Nature's Gifts

Just another beautiful morning in Vermont!!

Another snow storm.

The cows were looking like they had something to "tell" me this morning.

A few followed my truck as I came down the road.

There were many wonderous sights along my way

The 4 crocus I found 2 days ago were iced over today.

Royal purple surrounded by diamonds.

Today is the 7th birthday of my big red cow, Red Sox Faith.

And.... 7 years ago the Red Sox won the World Series for the first time, breaking a 90 year losing slump, other wise known as "the curse."

Today also would of been my parents 63rd wedding anniversary.

As I was contemplating all of that and trying not to slip in the deep slippery mud.... I noticed there was an extra little guest at the hay rack........

Now the snowstorm has turned into a rain storm and I am headed back to the farm to try to get this new calf into a dryer location.

More info later.
