In my travels I discovered a tiny post office that was the first one in Orange County Vermont.
1762 was the year this village of Newbury was settled.
The post office was usually in a tiny store or in someones home.
This cute post office was in a little farm building.
In 1990, as the town grew, the post office was moved to a larger building.
Old towns have some interesting history.
